At eFasttrade, we are committed to providing high‑quality reports and ensuring customer satisfaction. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for our online report services and subscriptions.
Eligibility for Refunds
Due to the nature of our services, refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate Payment: If you have been charged more than once for the same report due to a technical error, you are eligible for a full refund of the duplicate charge(s).
- Report Errors: If the delivered report contains significant errors or omissions that deviate substantially from the agreed‑upon specifications, you may request a correction. If the issue cannot be resolved, a partial or full refund may be issued.
- Non‑Delivery of Service: If we fail to deliver the requested report within the specified timeframe without prior notice of delay, you are eligible for a full refund.
Non‑Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:
- FTT MIS subscriptions: In case of FTT MIS, no refunds are eligible in any case once the subscription is made.
- Minor discrepancies: Minor errors or discrepancies that do not significantly impact the overall quality or usability of the report.
- Incorrect information provided: If the report is based on incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
- Change of mind: Once a report has been delivered, refunds are not provided for change of mind or if the report is no longer needed.
Refund Process

We will review your request and notify you of the outcome within 5 business days. If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
